Director of Strategy, Mergers & Acquisitions – Job Duties:
- Develop and execute growth strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Lead all aspects of M&A initiatives, from cultivation to integration
- Build and maintain a strategic acquisition and partnership pipeline
- Foster relationships with potential partners and industry contacts
- Ensure the achievement of short and long-term financial objectives
- Support long-term financial planning and obligations
- Cultivate a culture of accountability and high performance
- Recruit, train, and retain top-performing team members
- Set clear expectations, analyze goals, and improve team performance
- Stay informed about institutional goals and engage in sponsored activities
- Lead change initiatives that positively impact the organization
- Coordinate efforts between various departments within the organization
- Demonstrate expertise in compliance requirements and regulations
- Effectively communicate compliance requirements to staff
- Represent the organization externally, attend industry events, and monitor the competitive landscape
Director of Strategy, Mergers & Acquisitions – Skills/Qualifications:
- Proven experience in strategic leadership, M&A, and financial management
- Strong team-building and leadership skills
- Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements
- Excellent communication and networking abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
