A rapidly expanding hospitality-focused company is seeking a Financial Analyst to join its corporate finance team. This role is ideal for a sharp, early-career professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and is eager to take ownership of reporting, analytics, and revenue reconciliation across a national footprint.
The company has scaled significantly in recent years and continues to launch new operations monthly. This position plays a key role in supporting financial visibility and operational accuracy, making it perfect for someone who enjoys solving problems, building reports, and contributing to strategic growth.
What You’ll Do:
- Own and manage revenue reporting and reconciliation across multiple revenue streams
- Build and maintain dynamic financial reports and dashboards using Excel and BI tools
- Analyze revenue trends, shortfalls, and discrepancies using algebraic thinking
- Collaborate with accounting and operations teams to ensure financial accuracy
- Communicate with external partners to clarify and explain financial results
- Work across finance and operations to support cross-functional initiatives
- Assist in developing visually appealing P&Ls and financial summaries
- Support ongoing process improvements and documentation efforts
- Contribute to a lean, collaborative team with high visibility to leadership
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
- 1–3 years of experience in financial analysis or data analytics
- Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, formulas)
- Experience with BI tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Alteryx
- Familiarity with NetSuite or Insight Software a bonus
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting
- Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
