Senior Accountant – Manufacturing | $90K–$105K
Location: Tampa, FL | On-Site | Full-Time
A global leader in consumer goods packaging is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join its growing team at its newly relocated headquarters in Tampa. What You’ll Do:
- Lead month-end close activities, including journal entries and financial checks
- Guide plant accountants through closing procedures and ensure accuracy
- Assist with monthly and quarterly projections, budgets, and ESG reporting
- Perform monthly reconciliations, account analysis, and variance reviews
- Support financial reporting in OneStream and generate reports from AS400
- Participate in semiannual plant inventory controls and SOX compliance reviews
- Contribute to the monthly BP Manufacturing checklist and related financial processes
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (required)
- 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing
- Strong Excel skills (including TM1, Retrieve, and add-ins)
- Experience with AS400 / Infinium preferred; OneStream experience a plus
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally
- Willingness to travel up to 10%
