Job Description

Our client is seeking an accomplished financial leader to join its dynamic leadership team as the Vice President of Financial Reporting & Compliance. In this vital role, you will spearhead the governance and adherence to accounting policies across their portfolio while leading financial onboarding and integration initiatives for newly acquired companies. You’ll ensure data reflects true portfolio performance, manage external reporting, and provide operational support during critical transitions. Vice President, Reporting & Insights Benefits and Compensation: 

  • Generous full benefits package including healthcare, retirement savings plan, paid vacation and holidays, and more.
  • Hybrid schedule: two days per week in the office.
  • Occasional travel required on an “as needed” basis.
  • Highly competitive compensation of $180-200k plus 30% bonus.

Vice President, Reporting & Insights Job Duties: 

  • Lead financial onboarding and data integration for portfolio companies.
  • Oversee and enforce financial controls and accounting policy alignment.
  • Manage external reporting to limited partners and prospective investors.
  • Ensure data integrity within the centralized data warehouse.
  • Support ERP selection and management across the portfolio.
  • Collaborate on enhancing reporting capabilities to provide actionable insights.
  • Provide ad hoc operational support for portfolio companies during key projects.

Vice President, Reporting & Insights Skills/Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years in accounting or financial leadership.
  • Experienced accounting professional with solid GAAP knowledge.
  • Prior experience in the telecommunications industry is desired.
  • Big 4 background strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with ERP implementation and migration.
  • Experience in construction accounting is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive, autonomous approach.
