Vice President of Accounting & Administration
Job Description
Exciting Tampa Bay opportunity for the accounting professional with great people skills and strong leadership experience over finance, HR and IT! Dynamic organization is adding this key position to report to the CFO and interface extensively with executives and cross-functionally. The VP of Accounting & Administration will be integrally involved in so many key areas. APPLY NOW!
Vice President of Accounting & Administration Benefits and Compensation:

- Salary $140,000 - $150,000, plus additional bonus potential
Vice President of Accounting & Administration Job Duties:
- Oversight of all tactical accounting, finance, HR and IT functions
- Lead and mentor all direct team members and assist with indirect personnel
- Support CAO in interactions with BOD, external audit, executive leadership team and more
- Collaborate with teams and/or prepare cash flow projection reporting, financial reporting, budgets and forecasts, contract administration
- Troubleshoot and identify complex process problems, and analyze and resolve complex issues
- Leverage the usage of technologies and processes while driving efficiency and quality of deliverables
- Other special projects, as assigned
Vice President of Accounting & Administration Skills/Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or similar required
- CPA or actively in pursuit OR Master’s degree OR CMA required
- 10+ years professional experience including Controller or Director level
- Strong leadership experience required
- Previous responsibility over HR and/or IT in addition to finance
- General working knowledge of Microsoft Office and systems
- Solid critical thinking and analysis and attention to detail
- Superb communications skills required
