Senior Accountant – Corporate Consolidations & Reporting Job Duties:

• Perform oversight of consolidation ledger adjustments, including handling of IFRS to U.S. GAAP adjustments
• Skillful management of foreign currency transactions and the foreign currency translation process within ERP system
• Demonstrate a robust understanding and application of U.S. GAAP principles throughout the consolidation process
• Collaborate with subsidiaries to troubleshoot consolidation-related issues and ensure adherence to reporting timelines
• Contribute to the implementation of process improvements and system enhancements, optimizing consolidation procedures
• Develop and document standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency
• Generate detailed reports and analyses to facilitate financial decision-making and offer valuable insights into consolidated financial statements
• Continuously monitor and incorporate updates in accounting standards, regulations, and industry best practices into the consolidation process as relevant
• Special projects, as needed

Senior Accountant – Corporate Consolidations & Reporting Skills/Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; CPA Preferred; Public accounting background preferred
• Must have experience with consolidation processes; foreign currency exposure preferred
• Strong foundation in GAAP & IFRS
• Self-motivated and proactive individual with a keen ability to collaborate effectively and efficiently
• Demonstrates a sense of urgency and outstanding organizational abilities.
• Ability to flourish under pressure within a fast-paced, multitasking environment
