Controller Benefits and Compensation:

- Highly competitive compensation of $120,000 - $130,000, plus 15% bonus!
Controller Job Duties:
- Handle month-end close process, GAAP financial reporting and process improvement initiatives
- Maintain policies and procedures, and update as needed
- Point of contact with auditors
- Supervise and mentor accounting team
- Other duties as assigned
Controller Skills/Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, CPA required
- 5+ years of proven accounting and in a leadership capacity
- Excellent Excel and large ERP systems
- Strong GAAP knowledge
- Strong planning and organization skills and understanding of the importance of deadlines
- Superb communications skills required
