Responsibilities:
- Oversee the setup and maintenance of billing records for a large population.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for billing-related inquiries, ensuring professional and timely responses.
- Coordinate payment arrangements and monitor account activity for accuracy.
- Support seasonal billing cycles and enrollment transitions with precision.
- Prepare reconciliations and assist with financial reporting tasks.
- Facilitate claims processing and guide stakeholders through reimbursement procedures.
- Handle sensitive financial data with discretion and integrity.
- Collaborate on billing adjustments related to internal policies and special circumstances.
- Assist with contract review and ensure billing consistency across accounts.
- Analyze account variances and resolve discrepancies.
- Monitor outstanding balances and follow up as needed.
- Work closely with internal teams to maintain smooth billing operations.
Requirements:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance required
- Minimum 2 years of experience in billing or AR
- Proficiency in billing systems and Excel
- Strong interpersonal and phone communication skills.
- Ability to manage seasonal workload fluctuations and meet deadlines.
