What You’ll Do:
- Manage accounts receivable and maintain A/R aging reports
- Perform bank reconciliations and verify transaction accuracy
- Prepare and send client invoices
- Record financial transactions in accounting software
- Handle cash applications and assist with collections
- Support special projects and other accounting tasks as needed
What You Bring:
- 4+ years of professional accounting experience (required)
- Experience with Sage or other ERP systems (required)
- Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
- Hands-on experience with A/R, invoicing, bank reconciliations, and month-end close
- Team-oriented mindset and willingness to learn new tasks
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Customer service approach and excellent communication skills
