Revenue Analyst

Revenue Analyst | Up to $60K
Location: Clearwater, FL | Hybrid | Full-Time
A rapidly growing organization is seeking a highly motivated Revenue Analyst to join its dynamic and fast-paced team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in high-volume environments, enjoys working with large datasets, and brings strong organization, flexibility, and critical thinking to their work. The Revenue Analyst will play a key role in supporting data reconciliations, reporting, and process improvement efforts tied to revenue operations.
This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a high-impact function within a company that values precision, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Successful completion of background, drug, and reference checks is required.
What You’ll Do:
- Perform detailed reconciliations of financial and operational data to ensure accuracy across systems
- Analyze and reclassify large datasets to support internal reporting and decision-making
- Utilize Excel and other tools to organize, manipulate, and validate high-volume data
- Collaborate with internal teams to investigate discrepancies and resolve data-related issues
- Prepare structured reports and summaries for leadership review
- Maintain consistent documentation practices to support data integrity and audit readiness
- Communicate with external partners or vendors to clarify or resolve data variances
- Contribute to ongoing efforts to streamline and enhance data workflows and reporting processes
- Support month-end and quarter-end activities, including occasional extended hours
- Apply critical thinking and adaptability to support evolving priorities and special projects
What You Bring:
- Proficiency in Excel, including PivotTables and data lookups; willingness to learn more advanced functions
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work through large, complex datasets
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, especially in high-volume environments
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate across teams and with external contacts
- Demonstrated ability to follow structured processes while also thinking critically to solve problems
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced setting with shifting priorities and deadlines
- Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and contribute to continuous improvement
