Location: Tampa Bay Area | On-Site | Full-Time
Compensation: $55K–$65K + Excellent Benefits

What You’ll Do
- Assist accounts receivable with preparing and sending invoices.
- Prepare reports and support financial documentation.
- Assist with accounts payable processing and vendor management.
- Prepare journal entries and perform account reconciliations.
- Organize and maintain document retention systems.
- Support special projects and other accounting tasks as needed.
What You Bring
- Associate’s degree in Accounting preferred.
- 2+ years of professional accounting experience required.
- Solid Microsoft Excel skills required.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Team-oriented mindset and willingness to learn.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills.
