Job Description

We are conducting a search for an Accountant to join the growing team of one of a premier employers in the Sarasota area. Reference and background check will be required.
Accountant Benefits and Compensation:

- Highly competitive compensation of $55,000 - $65,000 (commensurate with experience)
Accountant Job Duties:
- Assist accounts receivable in preparing and sending invoices
- Prepare reports
- Assist with processing of accounts payable
- Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations
- Assist with document retention and organization
- Special projects, as needed
Accountant Skills/Qualifications:
- Associate’s Degree in Accounting preferred
- 2+ years of professional accounting experience required
- Solid Microsoft Excel skills required
- Solid analytical, and problem-solving skills required
- Team player willing to learn new tasks
- Solid attention to detail skills required
- Superb communications skills required
