Location: Tampa, FL | Hybrid Setting | Full-Time

Responsibilities:
- Process AP transactions and perform credit card reconciliations accurately and timely
- Assist with monthly account reconciliations and support month-end close activities
- Prepare and maintain financial records
- Handle expense report processing
- Assist with vendor inquiries and issue resolution
- Monitor and track invoices for approval
- Perform data entry and maintain accounting files
- Support cross-training initiatives within the team
- Participate in process improvement projects
- Complete occasional local errands (mail pickup, etc. will be reimbursed)
- Support automation initiatives and identify areas for efficiency gains
- Manage multiple projects and accounts simultaneously
- Adapt quickly to new systems, tools, and workflows
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Contribute to a positive, people-first culture with a focus on growth
Requirements:
- Degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 1–2 years of accounting experience preferred
- Basic Excel skills from coursework or prior roles
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills able to manage multiple projects
- High emotional intelligence and strong interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with a positive, proactive attitude
