Accounting/Finance Manager
Are you a confident accounting professional with quality communications skills seeking a highly interactive career opportunity with a high-growth company in the Tampa Bay area? We are conducting a search for a Accounting/Finance Manager to join a top performing team responsible for overseeing accounting and financial functions. This role will report to the Controller, and will travel as much as 25% to field offices on occasion as needed.

- Salary target of $100,000 - $110,000, plus nice bonus potential
Accounting/Finance Manager Job Duties:
- Lead accounting and financial reporting including preparation of accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements for the region
- Develop and maintain financial reporting systems and processes
- Manage 2 Senior Accountants
- Collaborate with senior leadership in preparation of the annual budget
- Provide in-depth financial variance analyses, offering actionable recommendations for performance improvement
- Cultivate strong relationships within corporate and field offices
- Provide high-level oversight and strategic direction for key transactional accounting areas, including cash application, bank reconciliations, prepaid, and accruals
Accounting/Finance Manager Skills/Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- CPA or MBA preferred
- 5+ years of experience in accounting or a related field
- Experience in multi-site environment a plus
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-service focus
- Proficiency in Excel and systems aptitude preferably with Sage Intacct, UKG, Bill.com and/or Service Titan
