Accounting & Finance AI Advisor

Taylor White is seeking an AI Solutions & Finance Transformation Senior Analyst to join our growing advisory practice. This role is built for a finance and accounting professional who has developed a genuine passion for AI and technology-enabled transformation - someone who started in the numbers and has increasingly found themselves at the intersection of finance and what’s possible with modern tools.

This is not a governance or audit role. It is a client-facing position where you will support finance and accounting leaders as they evaluate, adopt, and operationalize AI-driven solutions. You will bring a practitioner’s understanding of the finance function - how the work actually gets done - and pair that with hands-on familiarity with AI tools to help clients move faster, with greater confidence, in a rapidly evolving landscape.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with finance and accounting leaders as a trusted resource on AI adoption, process transformation, and technology-enabled change initiatives
• Apply a practitioner’s knowledge of the finance function to help clients identify where AI and automation can drive meaningful improvement in efficiency, accuracy, and decision-making
• Support clients through the evaluation and implementation of AI tools, helping bridge the gap between what the technology can do and what the finance team actually needs
• Assist in designing and documenting transformed workflows, helping finance teams understand, adopt, and sustain new ways of working
• Translate complex concepts - AI capabilities, process design, data requirements - into practical, plain-language recommendations that resonate with CFOs and their teams
• Contribute to client deliverables including assessments, roadmaps, process documentation, and executive presentations
• Stay current on AI tools and developments relevant to the finance and accounting function, bringing fresh insights to client engagements and internal conversations
• Collaborate with the broader Taylor White advisory team to deliver solutions that reflect our standard of quality and our deep knowledge of the finance and accounting world

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related field - with a clear, demonstrated evolution toward AI, automation, or finance transformation work
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related discipline
• Hands-on experience using AI tools in a finance or business context - whether for financial analysis, reporting, process automation, or decision support
• A genuine curiosity about what AI and technology can do for the finance function, paired with the judgment to apply those tools in ways that are practical and trustworthy
• Strong understanding of core finance and accounting processes, with the ability to credibly engage with CFOs and senior finance leaders on both the substance and the technology
• Polished communication skills and a consultative mindset - comfortable translating complex ideas into clear, actionable guidance for a senior audience
• Ability to work across varied client engagements, adapt quickly, and deliver quality work in an environment that rewards initiative and intellectual curiosity
• Public accounting, consulting, or advisory experience is a meaningful plus
• CPA or progress toward CPA is a differentiator; not required
