Chief Financial Officer | $250K–$295K + Bonus & Equity Potential
Location: Orlando, FL | Hybrid | Local Candidates Only
A confidential, fast-growing healthcare company is seeking a strategic CFO to lead its next phase of expansion and transformation. With strong financial performance, including robust top-line revenue and healthy EBITDA margins, this role allows the CFO to focus on strategic growth rather than operational clean-up. Key priorities include supporting ongoing growth and integrating future acquisitions. The leadership team is collaborative and forward-thinking, backed by strong sponsor support and internal diligence capabilities. The CFO will play a pivotal role in evaluating the current finance team and ensuring the organization is equipped for its next chapter. This hybrid role offers flexibility and is based in a major metropolitan area in Central Florida. If you're an experienced finance executive with a healthcare background ready to make a meaningful impact, this confidential opportunity could be an ideal fit. Successful completion of background (including credit), drug, and reference checks is required.
Responsibilities:
- Lead financial strategy to drive growth and scalability
- Oversee acquisition integration and ensure financial alignment
- Prepare the company for a future liquidity event or exit
- Assess the finance team structure and recommend enhancements
- Collaborate with ownership and internal teams on transaction readiness
- Maintain oversight of financial reporting, audits, and compliance
- Evaluate and upgrade financial systems and infrastructure
- Manage cash flow, capital allocation, and budgeting
- Provide strategic insights to support operational and commercial decisions
- Ensure robust financial controls and scalable risk management practices
- Partner with operations, revenue cycle, and executive leadership
- Support board and investor reporting with clear, data-driven narratives
- Lead forecasting, scenario planning, and long-term financial modeling
- Stay informed on regulatory changes and industry trends
- Serve as a key strategic voice in shaping the company’s growth trajectory
Requirements:
- BS in Accounting or Finance required; MBA preferred
- CPA and/or public accounting background a plus
- 10+ years of proven executive leadership in a well-established organization
- Experience leading a company through a sale transaction
- Acquisition integration experience preferred
- Healthcare industry experience required
- Willingness to live in, commute to, or relocate to the Orlando area (hybrid with flexibility)
- Experience with Sage and ERP/BI systems; system upgrade experience a plus
- Strong presentation skills for executive-level financial insights
- Proven ability to build scalable financial infrastructure
