Senior Accountant
Job Description
Senior Accountant | Up to $75K/yr. | Culture-Driven, Growth-Focused Team
Location: Tampa, FL | Hybrid Setting | Full-Time

What You’ll Do:
- Perform accurate and timely bank reconciliations
- Assist with financial statement consolidations
- Prepare and manage weekly cash reports for leadership review
- Conduct light collection outreach via email and phone
- Analyze financial data using Excel to support decision-making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve accounting processes
- Support automation initiatives and identify areas for efficiency gains
- Manage multiple projects and accounts simultaneously
- Adapt quickly to new systems, tools, and workflows
- Participate in cross-training and knowledge-sharing within the team
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Contribute to a positive, people-first culture with a focus on growth
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is required; Finance may be considered with strong experience
- Outgoing personality with strong emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills
- Critical thinking ability and a desire to continuously learn and improve
- Strong Excel skills, including advanced formulas and pivot tables
- Large ERP system experience required
- Bilingual (Spanish) a plus
- Ability to multi-task and navigate complex issues with confidence
- Trainable, adaptable, and eager to take on new challenges
