Senior Accountant
Location: Tampa Bay, FL | Hybrid
Our client, a quality hospitality and management company, is seeking a well-rounded and collaborative Senior Accountant to join its accounting team. This is a great opportunity for the professional who enjoys variety in their work, thrives in a casual and team-oriented environment, is open to a little bit of travel to exciting locations, and is excited to make an impact.

- Salary range $80,000 – 90,000 + bonus eligibility
What You’ll Do:
- Assist with general accounting functions including bank reconciliations, journal entries, fixed assets, depreciation, inventory accounting and more
- Oversee accounts payable
- Perform account reconciliations and review for accuracy
- Conduct variance analysis across various accounts
- Assist with month end close process
- Collaborate with Accounting leadership on financial operations and reporting
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required
- Solid experience as a Senior Accountant with hands-on general ledger responsibilities
- Strong Excel skills
- Positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and a genuine enjoyment of accounting work
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
