Senior Accountant

Senior Accountant | Tampa, FL | Hybrid
Location: Tampa, FL | Hybrid (4 days in-office, Fridays WFH) | Full-Time
Compensation: $95,000–$115,000 base + 10% bonus (salary commensurate with experience)

What You’ll Do
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes.
- Prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements.
- Apply GAAP to complex transactions and ensure data accuracy.
- Support integration efforts tied to acquisitions and system enhancements.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve issues and improve processes.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and audit preparation.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (CPA or CPA candidate highly preferred).
- 3–5+ years of experience (public + industry mix ideal)
- Strong Excel skills; experience with MS Dynamics and PowerBI a plus.
- Intellectual curiosity, adaptability, and a proactive mindset.
- Passion for process improvement and challenging the status quo.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Work Environment & Schedule
- Hybrid: 4 days in-office, Fridays remote.
- ~45 hours/week typical, up to 50 during busy periods.
- Business casual dress code.
