Job Description
Staff Accountant – Growth-Focused Role
Location: 5 days in office
Compensation: $60,000–$80,000 base + Potential Bonus (under discussion) + Full Benefits (Health, PTO, 401K with match)
We’re partnering with a fast-paced, entrepreneurial organization to find a Staff Accountant who will support daily and monthly accounting operations while helping senior team members focus on strategic initiatives. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in a dynamic, high-impact environment.
Role Overview:
• Support the Senior Accountant with daily and monthly accounting tasks.
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial data.
• Conduct bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist with accounts payable coding and invoice processing.
• Manage credit card reconciliations and expense tracking.
• Help streamline routine accounting tasks to improve team efficiency.
• Maintain organized records and documentation in NetSuite.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure proper financial reporting.
What You Bring:
• Experience in general accounting and reconciliations.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs preferred).
• Experience with NetSuite is a plus.
• Self-starter with a proactive mindset and strong communication skills.
• Comfortable in an entrepreneurial environment with shifting priorities.
