Controller
Location: Tampa, FL (near Westchase) | In-office 3 days a week
Compensation: $150K–$165K base + 10% bonus (salary commensurate with experience)

What You’ll Do
- Own the monthly close and financial statement preparation (US GAAP & IFRS).
- Oversee general accounting, AP/AR, and technical accounting matters.
- Support budgeting, debt compliance, and project accounting for new contracts.
- Lead internal controls and coordinate external audits.
- Present financial insights to senior leadership and support strategic decision-making.
What We’re Looking For
- Credentials: CPA required; Bachelor’s in Accounting.
- Experience: 10+ years in progressive accounting roles, ideally with a mix of public and private experience. Must currently be operating as an Assistant Controller or Divisional Controller.
- Technical Skills: Strong in consolidations, multi-site/global accounting, ERP systems, and advanced Excel.

- Proven ability to mentor and lead teams
