Divisional Controller
Location: Tampa, FL | On site
Compensation: $140K–$180K base + bonus (salary commensurate with experience)
A high-impact opportunity awaits a finance leader ready to take ownership of a key division within a global manufacturing company. This role offers exposure to international operations, leadership of a lean finance team, and the chance to shape financial strategy across sales, marketing, and production.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
- Oversee financial reporting, revenue recognition, and compliance with SOX, GAAP, and SEC.
- Supervise a team of three direct reports.
- Manage working capital, inventory, and accounts receivable.
- Administer commission accruals and payments.
- Support internal and external audits.
- Drive cost control, margin improvement, and restructuring initiatives.
- Contribute to acquisition due diligence and integration.
- Lead special projects and continuous improvement efforts.
What You Will Bring
- Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance; MBA or CPA preferred
- 5–7 years in financial controlling, ideally in a multinational manufacturing environment
- Strong GAAP knowledge, cost accounting, and inventory control
- Advanced Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUPs; Excel test required)
- Experience with SAP and Hyperion (preferred but not required)
- Self-starter with strong communication and leadership skills
- Humble, collaborative, and solutions-oriented
