Property Accounting Manager
Location: Tampa Bay | Hybrid Schedule
Join a fast-growing real estate organization in a newly created role designed to support expansion. As Property Accounting Manager, you’ll oversee accounting for a portfolio of 5–7 properties and work closely with a collaborative, high-performing team. This position offers a flexible hybrid schedule, strong leadership support, and the chance to make an impact in a dynamic environment.
What You’ll Do
- Manage accounting operations for a portfolio of 5–7 properties.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for assigned properties.
- Partner with property and regional managers to ensure timely pre-close and close activities.
- Prepare audit packages and coordinate with external auditors.
- Analyze financial data for acquisitions, dispositions, and post-close reviews.
- Provide lenders with completed draw requests and financial documentation.
- Handle reconciliations, data corrections, and reporting requests.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required.
- 2–4 years of property accounting experience.
- Yardi experience strongly preferred.
- Advanced Excel skills and strong attention to detail.
