Controller
Location: Hybrid – 3 days in office (moving to 4)
Compensation: $200K base + 20% bonus + full benefits
A high-growth technology company, backed by a multi-billion-dollar parent organization, is seeking a Controller to join its executive leadership team. This is a strategic role for a finance leader who will serve as the CFO’s right hand—owning the accounting function and driving the next phase of growth.

- Lead a finance transformation, including ERP migration and modernization of accounting policies and procedures.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee all core accounting functions: financial reporting, technical accounting, treasury, tax, and banking.
- Drive ERP system selection and implementation to enable segmented financial reporting.
- Prepare GAAP-compliant financial statements and partner with FP&A on budgeting and strategic planning.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives across reporting systems and operational finance.
- Build and mentor a high-performing accounting team across multiple geographies.
- Collaborate with commercial and operations leaders to optimize customer arrangements and working capital.
What You Bring
- CPA preferred, with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Big 4 or Top 10 public accounting foundation.
- 7+ years of experience in financial leadership roles, including Controller or Assistant Controller.
- Strong background in cost accounting, inventory valuation, and operational finance.
- Proven success leading ERP implementations and managing complex reporting structures.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-accountability environments.
- Strong leadership presence with excellent delegation and coaching skills.
