Senior Accountant
Tampa, FL – In Office | Compensation: $75,000–$110,000 base + bonus potential
A full service, integrated real estate firm is looking to hire a Senior Accountant to add to their growing team!
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Support general ledger activities and account reconciliations
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting tasks
- Maintain accuracy of accounting records and documentation
- Collaborate with CFO, Controller, and internal teams
- Perform financial analysis to support leadership decisions
- Use Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
- Contribute to process improvements within the accounting function
Qualifications
- Required
- Accounting degree
- Public accounting, industry experience, or both
- Proficiency with Excel pivots and VLOOKUPs
- Strong communication skills and professional presence
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, energetic office environment
- Preferred
- Experience in real estate accounting
