About the Role

The Controller partners closely with the Chief Accounting Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and finance leadership to support financial consolidation, company-wide cash flow management, and lender compliance. This role is responsible for GAAP financial reporting, liquidity analysis, and oversight of corporate accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the CAO/CFO and finance leadership on financial consolidation and enterprise-level cash flow management.
• Prepare and maintain detailed cash flow analyses to support forecasting, liquidity planning, and lender reporting requirements.
• Lead the preparation of lender compliance packages, including required schedules, certifications, and supporting documentation.
• Draft monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP, including preparation of footnotes and financial disclosures.
• Oversee corporate accounting functions, including insurance programs, corporate contracts, corporate accounts payable, debt tracking, etc.
• Manage and support the accounts payable team, ensuring accurate, timely processing and appropriate internal controls.
• Support debt reporting and covenant compliance through accurate reconciliation, reporting, and coordination with external lenders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP financial reporting and disclosure requirements.
• Experience with cash flow forecasting, liquidity management, and lender compliance reporting.
• Experience overseeing corporate accounting operations and accounts payable processes.
• Ability to work closely with senior finance leadership and external stakeholders.
