We are conducting a search for an Accounting Manager Consultant to join a top performing team primarily responsible for overseeing accounting functions and providing leadership to staff.

Accounting Manager Consultant Job Duties:
- This role will support the month end close process.
- Preparation, analysis and review of all internal financial statements.
- Work with Finance and Operational teams in performing accounting tasks and monitoring the successful delivery of Month End close activities
- Understand and interpret Policies and Procedures; Collaborate with process partners to identify opportunities and implement continuous improvement that will enable an efficient and effective accounting close process
- Performs all other related duties as assigned
Accounting Manager Consultant Skills/Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting required; CPA preferred
- 5+ years of professional accounting experience required
- Proficient with Microsoft Office software; Excel expertise a must
- Experience with NetSuite is desired
- Strong technical skills, critical thinking, analytical skills, and attention to detail
- Strong planning and organization skills and understanding of the importance of deadlines
- Superb communications skills required
