Accounting Manager
Location: North Tampa | In-office with flexible accommodations and excellent work-life balance
Compensation: $105K–$130K base + 10% bonus (salary based on experience)

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of 4 accounting professionals (3 based in Tampa)
- Oversee full-cycle accounting operations including GL, cash, fixed assets, payroll, and reconciliations
- Support commercial sales operations including incentive plans, rebates, and pricing processes
- Drive budgeting and forecasting in collaboration with FP&A and department leaders
- Ensure timely and accurate monthly close and financial reporting
- Manage intercompany transactions and assist with treasury/AP functions
- Lead internal and external audit processes
- Recommend and implement process improvements for greater efficiency and accuracy
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: 10+ years in accounting, ideally within a large company; manufacturing experience is a strong plus
- Leadership: 2–5 years in a supervisory role with a passion for mentoring and team development
- Technical Skills: Advanced Excel skills; experience with large ERP systems required
- Mindset:
- Curious and analytical—interested in understanding the “why behind the what”
- Change agent—brings fresh ideas and a continuous improvement mindset
- Strong communicator and collaborator across departments
