What You’ll Do
- Oversee accounting operations for a portfolio of venues.
- Review and approve work prepared by staff accountants.
- Provide training, coaching, and development to team members.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency across assigned locations.
- Handle complex areas such as deferred revenue and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Communicate financial concepts clearly to non-accounting stakeholders.
What You Bring
- 3–4 years of public accounting experience (audit or tax backgrounds welcome).
- Strong understanding of the full accounting cycle.
- Experience mentoring or reviewing work of staff/interns.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to thrive in a collaborative environment.
