Accounting Manager with Construction Industry Experience
Job Description
We are seeking an Accounting Manager candidate for a construction company in Tampa Bay. Must have strong full accounting experience, have a take-charge attitude, and be a utility player. This Accounting Manager position is for a small growing company in the Tampa Bay area. APPLY NOW!
Accounting Manager Benefits and Compensation:

- Highly competitive compensation of $95,000 - $115,000 plus bonus (commensurate with experience), and strong benefits
Accounting Manager Job Duties:
- Prepare accurate and timely financial reporting packages
- Handle month-end close process
- Provide oversight in real estate pro forma preparation and project financial review
- Prepare cash flow and financial projections and forecasting
- Ensure efficient and effective internal controls are in place for accounting & finance processes
- Oversee banking, insurance, and treasury management
- Manage the accounting team
Accounting Manager Skills/Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, CPA is a plus
- Experience working in construction industry experience is REQUIRED
- Detail-oriented with a high sense of urgency and exceptional organizational skills
- Excellent analytical, teamwork, and leadership skills
- Strong planning and organization skills and understanding of the importance of deadlines
- Superb communications skills required
