Accounts Payable Specialist (Bilingual – Spanish) | Up to $60k–$65k| Multi-Entity Focus, Gold-Standard Benefits

Location: Tampa Bay Area | In-Office | Full-Time

A well-established company is seeking a detail-oriented and bilingual Accounts Payable Specialist to join its accounting team. This is a full-cycle AP role supporting multiple entities, ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment and enjoys working with a variety of vendors, invoices, and banking processes.

This position requires someone with strong attention to detail, a solid understanding of accounting principles, and the ability to work independently while staying efficient and organized.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage full-cycle accounts payable for multiple entities
• Code invoices accurately using the chart of accounts and entity structure
• Review and process approximately 50 invoices per week
• Handle ACH payments and electronic banking transactions
• Perform intercompany transfers using scripted processes
• Maintain accurate records and ensure proper documentation
• Collaborate with a small, efficient accounting team
• Apply basic Excel functions (formulas, sorting, filtering) to support AP tasks
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with internal controls and accounting standards

What You Bring:

• Bilingual (Spanish) required
• 3+ years of AP or accounting experience with a degree, 5+ years without
• Experience in small to mid-sized companies with multiple entities preferred
• Understanding of debits, credits, and general accounting principles
• Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills
• Comfortable working independently and asking the right questions
• Basic Excel proficiency (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs a plus)
• Experience with Microsoft Business Central/Navision a plus
• Organized, efficient, and able to manage time effectively
