Job Description
Seeking a self-motivated A/P Manager who has positive outlook with a great personality and is looking for a new opportunity! We are conducting a search for an Accounts Payable Manager to join the team of one of the premier employers. This is a temporary assignment, working 40 hours a week with overtime potential! Reference and background check will be required.

Accounts Payable Manager Job Duties:
- Assist with accounts payable clean up
- Maintain the general ledger as it relates to AP
- Assist with manual to electronic conversion for payables
- Input invoices (data entry)
- Review / research discrepancies
- Handle vendor inputting when needed
- Special projects, as needed
Accounts Payable Manager Skills/Qualifications:
- 7+ years of accounts payable experience
- Basic Excel skills highly preferred
- Team player willing to learn new tasks
- Strong critical thinking, analysis, and attention to detail
- Superb communications skills required
