Accounts Payable Manager – Process Leadership Role
Location: In-office with flexible scheduling
Compensation: $70,000–$80,000 + Full Benefits (Health, PTO, 401K)
We’re supporting a forward-thinking, entrepreneurial organization in their search for an Accounts Payable Manager—a strategic role focused on optimizing processes rather than managing people. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a tech-driven environment and wants to help shape the future of AP operations.
Role Overview:
- Lead and refine AP processes, ensuring invoices are accurately coded by project and handled efficiently.
- Collaborate on the potential implementation of new AP technology
- Maintain accuracy and timeliness in payment workflows while adapting to evolving systems and priorities.
What You Bring:
- Strong understanding of AP operations, ideally with experience in project-based accounting.
- Tech-savvy mindset with a willingness to embrace new tools and systems; NetSuite experience is a plus.
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs required).
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting where flexibility and adaptability are key.
