What You’ll Do:
- Process and code traditional accounts payable transactions
- Manage invoices across multiple entities
- Assist with employee expense reimbursements
- Respond to vendor inquiries regarding payment status
- Maintain the AP inbox and scan vendor invoices
- Set up new vendors and update existing vendor records
- Prepare and execute weekly check runs
- Support special projects as needed
What You Bring:
- Associate’s degree in Accounting (preferred)
- 2+ years of accounts payable experience (required)
- Strong Excel skills (required)
- Experience with multi-entity accounting (strongly preferred)
- Confidence in professional vendor communication
- Background in high-volume corporate environments
- Strong organizational and communication skills with a positive attitude
