Accounts Payable Specialist Job Duties:

• Traditional Accounts Payable processing and coding
• Handle processing of invoices for multiple entities
• Assist with processing employee expenses
• Answer and respond to vendor inquiries on payment status
• Manage AP Inbox and scanning of vendor invoices
• Assist with setting up new vendors and executing vendor updates/changes
• Prepare & cut weekly check runs for multiple entities
• Special projects, as needed 

Accounts Payable Specialist Skills/Qualifications:

• Associate’s degree in Accounting preferred
• 2+ years of accounts payable experience required
• Strong Excel skills required
• Multi-entity experience strongly preferred
• Must have professional confidence to talk with vendors
• High volume corporate experience
• Good attitude, strong communication, and great organizational skills
