Location: Tampa Bay Area | On-Site | Full-Time

What You’ll Do
- Process and code accounts payable transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Manage invoices across multiple entities and ensure timely payments.
- Assist with employee expense reimbursements and compliance checks.
- Respond to vendor inquiries regarding payment status and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain the AP inbox and scan vendor invoices for recordkeeping.
- Set up new vendors and update existing vendor records.
- Prepare and execute weekly check runs.
- Support special projects and other accounting tasks as needed.
What You Bring
- Associate’s degree in Accounting preferred.
- 2+ years of accounts payable experience required.
- Strong Excel skills required.
- Experience with multi-entity accounting strongly preferred.
- Confidence in professional vendor communication.
- Background in high-volume corporate environments.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a positive attitude.
