Accounts Payable Specialist
Job Description
We are looking for an organized, highly detailed, and efficient individual with accounts payable experience, who is looking to join the team of outstanding Tampa employer. We are conducting a search for an Accounts Payable Specialist to join their accounting team. Reference and background check will be required.
Accounts Payable Specialist Benefits and Compensation:

Accounts Payable Specialist Job Duties:
- Sort, match, verify and reconcile delivery tickets with invoices and purchase orders
- Address invoice discrepancies with Purchasing Department and Project Management
- Prepare weekly check runs
- Reconcile monthly statements from vendors
- Review vendor W-9’s for accuracy and to ensure they meet requirements
- Administrative duties to include but not limited to: filing, printing, scanning, creating spreadsheets
- Special projects, as needed
Accounts Payable Specialist Skills/Qualifications:
- 1+ years of accounts payable experience required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Vista software experience is a PLUS!
- Team player willing to learn new tasks
- Solid critical thinking, analysis, and attention to detail required
- Superb communications skills required
