What You’ll Do:
- Process high-volume invoices and maintain direct communication with vendors
- Manage inventory and purchase order (PO) processes
- Verify and record vendor invoices on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
- Work across multiple software systems simultaneously
- Assist in centralizing the AP process and support month-end close activities
- Contribute to acquisition integrations and special projects as needed
What You Bring:
- Associate’s degree in Accounting preferred
- 3+ years of accounts payable experience in a high-volume environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Tech-savvy and able to quickly learn proprietary systems
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
- Team player with a willingness to learn and take on new tasks
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
