What You’ll Do:
- Process and code traditional accounts payable transactions
- Handle invoice processing for multiple entities
- Assist with employee expense reimbursements
- Respond to vendor inquiries regarding payment status
- Manage the AP inbox and scan vendor invoices
- Set up new vendors and manage updates/changes
- Prepare and execute weekly check runs across entities
- Support special projects as needed
What You Bring:
- Associate’s degree in Accounting (preferred)
- 2+ years of accounts payable experience (required)
- Strong Excel skills (required)
- Experience in multi-entity environments (strongly preferred)
- Professional confidence to communicate with vendors
- High-volume corporate experience
- Positive attitude, strong communication, and excellent organizational skills
