Accounts Payable Specialist
Location: Hybrid | Full-Time | Direct Hire
Compensation: Up to $55,000

What You’ll Do
- Process vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
- Manage vendor payments and ensure adherence to terms.
- Assist with posting customer payments.
- Support AP integration during acquisitions, including vendor setup and process alignment.
- Work closely with the Controller on day-to-day AP operations.
- Utilize Excel for sorting, filtering, and applying formulas.
- Support special projects and contribute to process improvements.
What You Bring
- 3+ years of experience in Accounts Payable or a similar accounting support role.
- Experience with NetSuite is a plus but not required.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-growth, acquisition-focused business.
- Proficiency with Excel (formulas, sorting, filtering).
- Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and reliability.
