Accounts Payable Specialist Benefits and Compensation:

Accounts Payable Specialist Job Duties:
- Process and code invoices for multiple entities
- Assist with expense reimbursement
- Communicate with vendors to reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies
- Set up new vendors
- Prepare & cut weekly check runs
- Special projects, as needed
Accounts Payable Specialist Skills/Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree in Accounting preferred
- 2+ years of accounts payable experience required
- Strong Excel skills required
- Multi-entity experience a plus
- Must have confidence and professionalism to talk with vendors
- High volume corporate experience preferred
- Good attitude, strong communication, and great organizational skills
