Accounts Receivable Analyst – High-Impact Role
Location: In-office with flexible scheduling
Compensation: $70,000–$80,000 + Full Benefits (Health, PTO, 401K)
We’re working with a fast-growing, entrepreneurial organization that supports multiple entities and is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Analyst to join their team. This is a high-visibility role with the opportunity to influence processes and collaborate directly with leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full A/R cycle including invoicing, payment posting, and collections.
- Navigate complex billing procedures, especially with municipal clients, ensuring compliance with strict payment protocols.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely follow-ups to keep receivables on track.
- Adapt billing strategies to suit the unique requirements of each project.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Tech-savvy and comfortable working in a digital-first environment; familiarity with NetSuite is a plus.
- Strong Excel skills required (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs).
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple billing processes simultaneously.
- Skilled at building rapport with a variety of personalities, both internally and externally.
- Experience in construction or related industries is beneficial.
- Thrives in a dynamic environment where priorities can shift quickly.
