Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a team of 8+ analysts managing high-value receivables.
- Oversee complex collection processes and customer portfolios.
- Drive initiatives to improve working capital performance.
- Monitor and act on operational metrics to meet targets.
- Resolve escalated customer issues promptly and effectively.
- Collaborate across departments to support key projects.
- Implement best practices for efficient collection processes.
- Identify automation opportunities to streamline workflows.
- Provide insights and trends to leadership for decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with policies and credit requirements.
- Coach and mentor team members for professional growth.
- Represent the function in cross-functional meetings and routines.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
- Supervisory experience Accounts Receivable required
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and large ERP required, SAP preferred.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Proven ability to deliver results under pressure.
- Experience coaching and developing teams.
- Ability to balance priorities in a fast-paced environment.
