Location: Clearwater, FL Area | Hybrid Schedule (TBD)
Compensation: $50,000–$63,000 + Excellent Benefits

As Accounts Receivable Specialist, you’ll manage B2B collections, payment posting, and reconciliation processes while working closely with the finance team. What You’ll Do
- Oversee B2B collections and follow up with customers to ensure timely payments.
- Post payments accurately and maintain clean transaction records.
- Communicate with clients to resolve outstanding balances and discrepancies.
- Use Excel for formulas, sorting, and filtering to support reporting and analysis.
- Assist with reconciliations and documentation for internal financial processes.
- Support finance team with ad hoc reporting and special projects.
- Work within SAP (preferred) or similar ERP systems to maintain data integrity.
- Ensure accuracy and attention to detail across all AR activities.
What You Bring
- Experience in B2B collections and accounts receivable.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic Excel proficiency (formulas, sorting, filtering).
- Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems a plus.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
