Job Description
Are you an outgoing, self-motivated, driven individual who has the ability to pay close attention to detail and has experience with accounts receivable? If so, we have a position for you! We are conducting a search for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join the team of one of Venice’s premier employers. This position will work 40 hours a week with overtime potential! Reference and background check will be required.
Accounts Receivable Specialist Benefits and Compensation:

Accounts Receivable Specialist Job Duties:
- Prepare and verify customer payments and transactions
- Creates invoices according to company policy
- Maintain and update customer accounts
- Research and investigate any billing discrepancy
- Perform or record day-to-day accounting transactions
- Keep constant communication with clients and follow-up with reminders and updates.
- Generate statements or reports per request of supervisors
- Handle and manage bank deposits
- Reconcile accounts receivable
- Special projects, and more
Accounts Receivable Specialist Skills/Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Accounts Receivable
- Previous experience in accounting or other related fields
- Fundamental knowledge of GAAP
- Experience with integrated accounting programs and reporting tools, preferably NetSuite
- Solid critical thinking and analysis and attention to detail; and deadline-oriented
- Superb communications skills required
