Location: Tampa Bay Area | On-Site | Full-Time

What You’ll Do
- Manage accounts receivable and maintain A/R aging reports.
- Perform bank reconciliations and verify transaction accuracy.
- Prepare and send client invoices promptly.
- Record financial transactions in accounting software.
- Handle cash applications and assist with collections.
- Support special projects and other accounting tasks as needed.
What You Bring
- 4+ years of professional accounting experience required.
- Experience with Sage or other ERP systems required.
- Hands-on experience with A/R, invoicing, bank reconciliations, and month-end close.
- Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Team-oriented mindset and willingness to learn new tasks.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer service approach.
