Compensation: $225K–$250K base + bonus + profit sharing

Key Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic partner to the CEO and Board, driving financial performance and transparency.
- Lead and mentor the accounting team to ensure operational excellence.
- Oversee financial planning, reporting, and compliance processes.

- Collaborate cross-functionally to align financial strategy with business objectives.
What You Bring
- CPA strongly preferred, with prior public accounting experience.
- 10+ years of progressive finance leadership.
- Prior CFO experience or a strong VP of Finance ready for the next step.
- Proven leadership and delegation skills.
- Experience in private equity-backed environments a plus.
- Professional, poised, and collaborative communicator.
