Location: Greater Tampa Bay | Heavily Remote | Local Candidates Only

You’ll work closely with teams across multiple regions globally, helping to bring clarity and consistency to complex reporting processes. Responsibilities:
- Maintain ownership of the consolidation of accounting data from multiple international entities
- Ensure proper conversion from IFRS or UK GAAP (or other international accounting standards) to US GAAP
- Manage foreign currency translation requirements to ensure accurate reporting and minimize currency-related risks
- Serve as the primary liaison for coordination with accounting and finance teams at international entities
- Identify areas for process refinement and recommend improvements, including opportunities to automate currently manual processes
- Provide periodic consolidation financial reporting and analysis to financial leadership and executive team
- Support the external audit process, providing key deliverables as needed
- Facilitate communication across time zones and functions
- Uphold confidentiality and integrity in all financial activities
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required. MBA a plus!
- CPA and public accounting experience strongly preferred
- Proven expertise in international consolidation and reporting
- Strong understanding of IFRS, UK GAAP, US GAAP, etc.
- Advanced Excel skills required
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Comfortable working in manual, detail-oriented environments
- Flexible schedule to accommodate international collaboration
- Ability to work independently while leading cross-functional efforts
