Location: Tampa Bay Area | On-Site | Full-Time

What You’ll Do:
- Ensure timely monthly, quarterly, and annual group financial reporting
- Record complex transactions (e.g., purchase accounting, restructuring)
- Research GAAP/FASB standards and coordinate with auditors and tax advisors
- Lead budgeting and forecasting across departments
- Analyze variances and recommend internal controls
- Develop financial models for breakeven analysis, cash flow, ROI, and capital expenditures
- Prepare financial statements for internal and external stakeholders
- Oversee annual audit and tax filings (income, sales, property)
- Serve as the primary liaison for banking relationships
- Participate in M&A and strategic growth initiatives
- Maintain and improve accounting department processes and documentation
- Supervise all accounting functions including AP, AR, payroll, GL, and reconciliations
- Lead and mentor the accounting team, including hiring and performance management
- Support additional projects as needed
What You Bring:
- CPA (required)
- Public accounting experience (preferred)
- Several years of experience as a Controller in a complex manufacturing environment
- Inventory and costing expertise
- Experience with change management and/or high-growth environments (preferred)
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- FP&A experience with the ability to present financial insights to leadership
- Comfortable balancing hands-on work with strategic delegation
