Data Entry – SAP Experience Required | Up to $19/hr. | ~3-6 Month Assignment

Location: Greater Tampa Bay | Hybrid Setting | Local Candidates Only

We’re supporting a growing team that needs an additional set of hands during a high volume period. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structured processes and thrives on accuracy. You’ll be joining a collaborative group that values clear communication and independent thinking. The position begins as a temporary assignment with a possibility of converting to permanent based on performance and long-term team needs. Training will take place on-site to ensure full confidence in the workflow. Once ramped up, the schedule will shift to a predictable hybrid model. We’re moving quickly and looking for someone who can start as soon as possible. Successful completion of background, drug and reference checks required!

Responsibilities:

• Reformat, verify, and input customer and transaction data into internal systems
• Support order processing from initial intake through final documentation
• Assist in preparing billing details and resolving minor discrepancies
• Process vendor-related paperwork and maintain accurate payment tracking
• Monitor work queues to ensure time sensitive items move efficiently through the workflow
• Coordinate with team members to keep order status and documentation current
• Update logs and trackers to maintain visibility of daily activity
• Review incoming information for completeness before entry
• Escalate unusual or unclear issues to senior team members for guidance
• Maintain organized digital and physical files for audit readiness
• Follow established procedures to keep product movement records accurate
• Provide general support to the customer service function during peak seasonal demand

Requirements:

• SAP experience required!
• Strong comfort level with spreadsheets (sorting, filtering, entering data)
• Prior exposure to order processing or logistics terminology is helpful
• Ability to learn billing and payment-related steps with proper training
• High accuracy, strong focus, and reliable independent judgment
• Positive, team-oriented attitude
• On site full time during training; hybrid schedule available once fully proficient
